FRLHT is a not for profit trust. I-AIM, for its sustainability and growth, needs to be self- financing. However as a policy, I-AIM does not turn away any patient because of inability to pay for OP and IP services. I-AIM Healthcare Center (I-AIM) is committed to extending quality clinical services to economically weak customers at costs they can afford. I-AIM also regularly organizes rural camps for villagers, with free consultation and medicines
