- Tally certification is preferable
- Minimum 2-years’ experience in handling Charitable Trust accounts
- Work experience in hospital is preferable
- Good communication skill.
- Knowledge in computers like MS office specially excel is a must.
- Knowledge in Tally is a must
- Knowledge on hospital insurance
- Maintain a thorough and accurate explanation of each transaction.
- Ensure each transaction comply with policy, regulatory and other requirements.
- Establish systems, controls and procedures for accounts.
- Manage and monitor financial reporting systems to aid proper management decisions.
- Oversee and ensure proper Cash and Bank management.
- Ensure proper preparations for audit and timely finalization of accounts.
- Ensure compliance of all finance and accounts statutory requirements.
- To manage and ensure proper inventory management.
- Ensure Proper Financial Reporting System – Internal & External.
- Insurance process and insurance empanelment.
